Brief: Convert Barclaycard research into easy-to-read infographic copy.
Background: Briefing material usually consisted of a short synopisis of suggested content, some research figures and links to areas where I could out more. Choosing the content was up to me. I chose the insights most likely to tell a meaningful story, then worked with the design team to create the final infographic.
Tone: This was largely aimed at business customers, but it had to be short, snappy and useful — no room for overblown corporate language.
