Skills: Working within a team of writers and SEO specialists, researching and writing refreshed web content, using client’s content management system, applying specific tone of voice and brand guidelines, reviewing and editing content prior to publication.

Brief: Hurtigruten Expeditions were refreshing their brand tone of voice and updating their web content.

Background: We used existing content for reference, as well as some extremely detailed tone of voice and page content guidelines, strict word counts and very specific requirements for each page section. This project involved several writers, each taking the lead on sets of pages, which were then passed to another writer for review. The pages I have included here are examples of those that I led on.

Tone: Informative, engaging, exciting, enticing, environmentally-aware.
