Brief: In Touch was a newly-established project management firm with an impressive client portfolio. They wanted web copy that reflected both their expertise and their personality.
Background: I met with the company directors and discussed their existing tone of voice and where they wanted to be. I then provided sample work, which formed the basis of their new tone. Once we’d agreed the content sections of their new website, I created copy to suit.
Tone: The existing tone had been very corporate. The company recognised that and wanted something approachable, confident and professional. The conversation with the directors helped steer the tone, which we then applied across the site.
